Mission 3A — Specialized Print Brokerage Revenue Engine
Sub-mission under Mission 3 — Governed Marketing Suite. Purpose: prove that SproutCo/Founder’s Flightdeck’s internal AI marketing capability can generate profitable demand for specialized print brokerage businesses, beginning with book printing. Initial model: Roger owns the specialized website/brand, audience, email list, lead generation, quoting, customer relationship and collections; OJGraphix acts as the fulfillment/production partner. First growth concept: a self-publishing/book-printing site for Canada that builds an email list with useful self-publishing content, uses a short survey to identify print-ready prospects, offers introductory/discounted print packages to generate first customers and authentic testimonials, and converts customers into larger print runs and repeat work. Expansion hypothesis: if the first site proves it can generate profitable demand, launch additional specialized print sites using the same AI-powered marketing engine. Strategic succession path: consider acquiring Mike’s union contract-book brokerage first as John and Mike plan for retirement. That brokerage currently generates roughly $300K/year of production sales for OJGraphix; Mike adds about 30% plus shipping, and Mike and his wife have historically each been paid about $40K/year. The operation is narrow and standardized: Mike mainly takes repeat orders, John/OJGraphix quotes and produces, Mike adds his markup, and Mike’s wife handles customer support and shipping; contract books are almost all based on three templates. Current market is primarily unions in southern Ontario, with little effort to expand into additional unions or beyond Ontario. Roger has prior union experience and is willing to maintain the union membership/support required for credibility and eligibility. Long-term hypothesis: preserve and grow the inherited union-book business, expand geographically and into more unions, add new specialized print brokerage sites, materially grow OJGraphix revenue, and use that operating proof to support a future seller-financed acquisition of OJGraphix.

Ask Flightdeck what happens next
Navigator answers from the Mission’s durable state and current cockpit evidence, while distinguishing Pilot-owned judgment from Navigator-owned execution. It does not invent authority or clear Signals.

Operating beliefs are explicit and question-able. Evidence is attached to the belief it tests; confidence remains uncalibrated until repeated observation earns it.

Signals stay in history after review. Resolving a Watch acknowledges it; it does not erase the evidence that caused it.
